The health care system needs you!
UpWrap is coordinating a volunteer effort for the production and distribution of facemasks to immediately be donated to healthcare workers and communities most at risk.
We are also selling fabric face masks with 100% of proceeds in April and May being given to the production of additional face masks for donation. Every purchase will make a difference to the cause.
There are widespread shortages of medical supplies due to COVID -19 and we would like to help. We are repurposing our fabric and workers to make masks. Besides washing hands, the number one way to stop the spread of COVID -19 is by wearing a protective face mask.
We can alleviate the stress on our medical supply chain and help to keep each other safe by wearing reusable fabric face masks, freeing up medical-grade facemasks for healthcare workers.
Brands, Please donate any over-stock or off-cuts of light to medium weight cotton or other light-weight breathable, washable fabric.
Makers, Calling on anyone with a sewing machine; students, designers, grandmothers to help sew masks at home. For the pattern and instructions please go to this link: https://we.tl/t-beZImT8ZHs
Creatives, Please help share the message: post these requests @Up.Wrap, share the message #IWearMyMask.
Please head to "shop" at the top of the page to purchase a mask.

“Widespread use of non-medical masks could reduce community transmission. But recommending their broad use could also cause a run on the kind of masks that health care workers desperately need.”
